Includes a short meeting to understand your situation, advice on which form to use, and drafting the application with you

Standard review and application – £150
More complex or urgent applications (for example Form E) – fee agreed in advance before any work starts

Position statements

Includes remote meeting, reviewing your papers, drafting and one round of edits

Up to 4 pages – £150
5–8 pages – £250
Longer or complex statements – price agreed in advance

Phone / online advice or general casework

• £80 per hour, billed in 15-minute blocks

Court assistance
(in person or remote)

Half-day hearing – £250
Full-day hearing – £350

Travel is charged at £0.45 per mile on all in-person work; there’s no extra fee for travel time for local hearings, and for longer journeys travel time cost is charged at £10 per hour - to be agreed beforehand.

Public transport is charged at cost.

We’ll talk together about what you need, what you can afford, and the most cost-effective way to use my time, and I won’t take on extra work without checking with you first.
