Child Arrangements Court Applications and Hearing Support in Yorkshire

Separation is hard enough without trying to navigate the family court alone. I provide practical, affordable support with Child Arrangements Orders and all child-related court matters so you can stay focused on your child and present your case clearly.

What Is a Child Arrangements Order?

A Child Arrangements Order (CAO) is a court order that sets out where your child lives and when they spend time with each parent or carer. It’s used when parents can’t agree arrangements and the court needs to decide what’s in the child’s best interests.

How I Can Help?

I support you as a self-representing parent with:

  • Completing and checking your C100 form and other paperwork

  • Drafting clear, focused statements and organising evidence

  • Explaining what to expect at hearings in clear, straightforward language

  • Attending court with you as a McKenzie Friend for note-taking and quiet support

  • Helping you apply to enforce a Child Arrangements Order if the other parent isn’t sticking to it.

You stay in control of your case; I help you feel prepared and organised.

CAFCASS and Your Case

CAFCASS may be involved to look at any risks and what arrangements are best for your child. They can speak to each parent, do safeguarding checks and, if needed, prepare a report for the court. I can help you understand their role and prepare for any meetings or interviews.

My Approach
